A urban project in Copenhagen that oils chains and inflates tires when bikes are parked illegally.

Turns out it was very effective, and contrary to current economic beliefs, people will do the right thing even if there isn't a profit involved, and 120 out of 150 will do the right thing even if it costs them something. Suck on that economists.
