OK Cupid Gay Survey
OK Cupid is rockin' my world with their surveys.
I love 'em.
The newest one is about gay people and how all your stereotypes are just you being an asshole.
Also, I'm disappointed in the south.
Also, Jim Demint is a huge asshole.

Where Do Refugees Come From/Go?
This is one of the best infographics I have seen in a while. Stunningly easy to use. Definitely check it out.
Interpreting Facebook Profile Pictures
Hooray for using science on ridiculous topics. Alright, maybe not science, but at least infographics and flowcharts.
Bumblebee Gets Wrecked by a Cop
The new Transformer's movie's filming does not seem to be going well.
This clip is like an analogy for the entire series. It's one massive car crash.

Chilean Miners Have Been Rescued
The miners that I posted earlier about, are in the process of being rescued. Which is awesome. They were trapped in the tunnel for 66 days, the longest known period for any mine collapse.
| This is the rescue shaft, it's only 21.25 inches in diameter |
Criminalizing Science
This is an article about the rigorous reviews of scientific studies and how most any paper can be considered not statistically rigorous enough. It also discusses the 3% of working climate scientists that are skeptical of global warming and makes a point that the only category of scientists in which a majority is skeptical, was petroleum geologists. Hooray oil companies.
"The idea that the whole thing is some huge hoax perpetrated by scientists to benefit green technology start-ups, is as ridiculous as the idea that historians made up the entire ancient Greek civilization"
Google Cars
Just because you may have been stuck in Chilean Mine for the last few months, and therefore missed the news, Google has been driving cars autonomously all over California, totaling somewhere near 140,000 miles. AND there has only been one accident, they were rear-ended at a stoplight.

Checkers was Solved
I clearly missed the bus on this one, but Checkers was solved. Interesting article about computers being better than people and it includes a timeline of every significant robot victory since 1770. Watch out for the robopocalypse.
